Great building with a perfect location near a bus stop and Clifford's Tower/York Castle Museum.

The staff are very amiable and attentive.

The service was friendly, the breakfast was incredible and delicious.

The location here is awesome and it's convenient to get around, plus the room was clean and tidy, and we were only 3 km away from our favorite place, the National Railway Museum.

Appreciated my very lovely stay for a New Year's Eve celebration. It had central location close to Kohima Museum. There was an excellent restaurant not too far from the hotel. The bar was pretty cosy:)))

My room was actually very small.

Rooms were nice and clean, and also really spacious with a clean en-suite. Also within easy reach of York centre and motorway networks.

Didn't see a member of staff throughout our stay, even on arrival, although there was a contact number left for emergencies.

This place is cute, exceptionally clean, and has very attentive and polite staff.

This family run Guest House is very clean and in a good location.The family are extremely friendly, helpful and run an excellent business.The breakfast is delicious and good quality ingrediends are used.

The staff at the limes were excellent, friendly professional considerate and more. We were extended every comfort and facility requested, even down to un scheduled toast and drinks due to circumstances. the room was exellent relaxed and we were able to use the limes as a base for exploring york. this is an excellent place to stay with a real home from home welcome and feel. I cannot praise the owners of the limes enough. if we ever return to york i will be staying at the limes without a doubt. thank you so much.
